H. Donlon Skerrett
Chief Executive Officer
An accomplished entrepreneur, is the overall visionary responsible for advancing the Company. Previously he was the Managing Partner of Corporate Development Advisors, a senior-level healthcare consulting practice. Don has significant experience in early stage company development where he founded and ran several companies.

Joseph M. Patterson, Ph.D.
Chief Operating Officer
Responsible for R&D partnerships and the general preclinical development of N1177. A veteran drug development/compliance pharmaceutical executive at Teva and Sterling Health, Patterson’s experience includes management of contractor, project, laboratory, stability and client relationships, development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for chemistry, manufacturing and control (“CMC”), drafting and reviewing analytical method validation, preparation of development reporting, and analytical trouble shooting.

Clinton H. Brown Jr.
Vice President, Business Development
Responsible for Material Transfer Agreements, term sheets for research purposes, and licensing. He is a senior corporate development and licensing executive with over 30 years of experience in domestic and international healthcare at Smith Kline Beckman, Stiefel Labs and in private consulting.
